For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Central America Poultry Export Quota, Inc. include CA-PEQ.org and CA-PEQ. The CA-PEQ website facilitates open-tender auctions for the right to import chicken leg quarters in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua at zero-duty in the amount of the tariff-rate quota established by Central American-Dominican Republic Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR). By using the CA-PEQ website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of Your Personal Information

CA-PEQ may collect personal information about our users in various ways. For example, we may collect information that you provide to us and information about your use of the Services.

Information You Provide. CA-PEQ may collect personal information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience. If you participate in CA-PEQ's online bid process, we may collect bank account information.

Children Under Thirteen

CA-PEQ does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen without parental consent, unless permitted by law. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.<

Any changes to the Privacy Policy will become effective when the updated policy is posted on the Services. Your use of the Services or your provision of personal information to use the Services following such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
