Guatemala Certificate Holders

On February 27, 2007, the Department of Commerce amended the CA-PEQ Export Trade Certificate of Review to permit publication of the names of firms that have been awarded quota rights in the open-tender auction process.

For the April, 2008 auction for shipment to Guatemala fewer than 3 firms were awarded certificate rights. The identity of certificate holders cannot be disclosed for this auction for reasons of business confidentiality.

For the January, 2008 auction for shipment to Guatemala the following firms were awarded quota rights:

Bassett & Walker, Inc. Wilmington, Delaware
Interra International, Inc. Atlanta, Georgia
Northwestern Meat, Inc. Miami, Florida
South Florida Foods International, Inc. Miami, Florida

For the November, 2007 auction for shipment to Guatemala fewer than 3 firms were awarded certificate rights. The identity of certificate holders cannot be disclosed for this auction for reasons of business confidentiality.

For the September, 2007 auction for shipment to Guatemala fewer than 3 firms were awarded certificate rights. The identity of certificate holders cannot be disclosed for this auction for reasons of business confidentiality.

For the January, 2007 auction for shipment to Guatemala the following firms were awarded quota rights:
