Quota Certificate Transfers
Interested parties who want to transfer unused portions of quota awards can post information concerning quota rights they are offering for transfer by submitting the appropriate information through the transfer form. Parties wishing to transfer awards are not required to post their availability on this site and this site is offered only as a service to parties seeking to transfer awards and parties seeking to aquire certificates.

Quota awards that are notified to CA-PEQ as available for transfer will be posted in the Certificates Available section of this website.

Please be sure to read the instructions prior to making any unused quota award available for transfer.
